Postage costs varies by weight and country, all parcels will be sent out tracked.  Your tracking codes can be typed in and used on the Royal Mail website to see your parcel's journey! If you cannot find you code on your shipping confirmation email then please email me and I can resupply it to you no prob!! This excludes if you chose the no tracking shipping option for smaller items.

 PLEASE NOTE: European + rest of world orders will be subjected to customs/ duty fees which are at unpredicable rates at the moment due to brexit and tax changes. Please please concider this before making a purchase as they will be the buyers responsability and I am not in control of them sadly!

!!!! USA TARRIFS FROM THE 29TH AUG 2025: !!!!

Due to new rules and changes the USA now collect tariffs on UK goods being shipped over and are mandatory and unavoidable. This is collected and paid on the UK end instead of being payable on arrival.

All products being sold in to the USA are currently marked up automatically by 10% to cover tariffs costs and are paid by me to my shipping provider when postage is bought who in turn pay that to the US. Please note that its now a requirement to give a phone number when I buy postage so please supply one when checking out if not I will have to follow up for one from you as I won't be able to ship things out without one! 

This is a new thing I'm still trying to wrap my head around it at the moment so there may be a few teething pains while I figure it out! Thank you for understanding!!! 💕

RETURNS:

Due to being and extremely small 1 person business and everything being made to order I’m afraid that currently all sales are final.

I 100% recommend checking the size guide before buying to make sure it’ll be a good fit and if you’re unsure of anything at all please send me an email before ordering and I will help you in any way I can! gmmrsdesign@gmail.com

Vintage clothing is returnable with the return postage at the cost of the buyer and vintage jewellery is non returnable due to hygiene reasons.

CANCELLATIONS:

I offer a 24 hour 'cooling off' period after purchasing. This means if you decide you want to cancel the order please let me know ASAP within 24 hours for a refund.

Cancellations after 24 hours will only be made in special circumstances. To be fair to my hard work and small business, cancelations after I've started making the items will have a percentage of money deducted for the time/materials/fees already spent on making the item too.
